Open Alight motion application and click on plus icon and select the screen ratio which you want to edit in this project and I will prefer you that select 4:5 ratio to edit this project after that you need to keep the background colour as Black and select the frame rate and keep it as 60fps and no simply click on create project to edit this project.

Now open and select Start and add a key frame in starting, and ending and to keep the starting as 0.00 , and keep the ending as 96.4 and scroll down and select scale and keep it as 3.46, and select the option alpha and keep it as 0.00 now the process of effects adding is completed.
